"A" is a zigzag blue-print of the (gene + chromosome)
due to eclipsing strain during the formation of ammino acid residue by
an adaptor molecule to give a long chain polymer of acid.
"B" is also a zig zac blue print when added to intercalation of EtBr.
It gives "A".
Hint:"A" and "B" are just like-
Gauche (ecliptic strain)→ Eclipse
Find "A" and "B".
